Each student is responsible for getting themself to Piedmont Baptist Church (at the corner of Piedmont and Canton) on December 6 for rehearsal at 4pm and the performance at 7pm. We will do our best to coordinate rides, but we need parents to volunteer to drive. If you would be willing to take a load of students just up the street, please mail Miss Winner, kelly.winner@cobbk12.org.
Do you have a uniform issue? You need to sign-up on the piano explaining your issue BEFORE THANKSGIVING BREAK in order for it to be resolved for the Masterworks concert. If you have not paid your fees, your uniform will not be available to you for the concert.
Don't forget about our Masterworks after school rehearsals! The chorus and full orchestra will rehearse together in the band room from 3:45-5:30pm on the following days:

Tuesday, Dec. 4
These rehearsals are required and all chorus members are expected to attend. If you have a conflict, you must turn in a note to your class's box in the business center PRIOR to the rehearsal. Students who do not attend after school rehearsals may be asked not to sing at the concert.
Joe Corbi Cookie Dough/Pizza orders will be delivered to the Chorus room THIS FRIDAY, November 15! They will be ready for students to pick up and sign out immediately after school. Please make arrangements to get a ride home if you have a large order. We have no way of storing items not picked up - so you MUST claim your items on Friday afternoon.
Right here... at your fingertips! Use the pages feature to the right to find everything you need to be prepared for the Masterworks concert on December 6. Remember to use the practice log so you can get credit for the time you put in! Those logs will be due to Miss Winner by December 7th.
I am working on putting up practice files for the pieces we are working on from Elijah. Please use them to be more prepared Masterworks! I also posted files for the solo and the trio. Auditions for these will be held Wednesday November 7 after school. Keep a log of your practice times (signed by your parents) and you can receive merit points - 5 for every half hour.
Congratulations on a great show! I am so proud of all your hard work and hope that you are too. We wouldn't have been able to do it without you. Thanks to all the students who volunteered - especially Leslie, Bre, and Nikki who worked backstage, and Alex, D.J., Cait, Casey, and Bryan who helped out with tech.
Gold Company will present it's fall show "GCTV" on October 25 and 27 at 7pm in the Quarles Theater at Sprayberry High School. Tickets are $5 for students and $8 for adults. They can be purchased during lunch periods Wed.-Fri. the week of the school or at the door.
Chorus students have the opportunity to volunteer as ushers and concessions workers. Those students who complete their volunteer duties will receive merit poitns and be able to watch most of the show for free!
All Gold Company members and their parents are required to participate in the Gold Company work day this Saturday, October 20 starting at 9am. At this time we will finalize many aspects of our show - including a preliminary tech rehearsal.
Our Fall Concert will be held Tuesday, October 16 at 7pm in the Quarles theater. Call time for all choirs (excluding Gold Company) is 5:30pm. Please come and enjoy a diverse selection of music that represents the many talents here at Sprayberry!
