PORTFOLIOS
Congratulations, you did it, and the portfolios look fantastic! Since you all turned in portfolios, you can exempt the final exam.
SURREAL SKULLS
Our last project is here-the Surreal skull. We are rendering realistically, but putting them in a not real environment. The skullls need to exhibit a full range of value. We will be reviewing for the final Thursday to accomodate the seniors taking their final early.
DEAL ME A HAND
When I grade the card drawing, I am looking for a focal point HOT SPOT), details, and a gradation of shading for the lettering. Do your best work, this is our last project. Our final is next Thursday, May 22 (seniors next Monday). We will review this Thursday.

CARDS
It is finally here-our last project. We will use our hot spot to establish a focal point and create detail and a layered affect by hading.
PORTFOLIOS DUE FRIDAY
The Ap portfolios are due Friday. The slides have been taking a week to get developed at Wolfe Camers as slide processing is getting phased out by digital photography. If you are taking multiple AP exams you will need a bubble sheet for each. All 5 originals need to be mounted in a professional manner.

2 POINT PERSPECTIVE
We are creating Greek Temples in 2 point perspective complete with Greek columns. We will be shading them in pencil and decorating their freizes.
O'KEEFE PAINTINGS
We are off to a great start on our acrylic flower painting's base coat. Now we want to establish modelling of rich values just like Georgia O'Keefe.
SLIDES
I am taking all slides this week so you can get them developed next week.
