Club Happenings! SPRING 2008

Welcome Back. Environmental Club!

On Friday, March 7, we had a fairly successful meeting to discuss the events for this semester. Below, you will find a list of events.

  • There is another Cobb Trees Event on March 22. This is a Saturday morning, and although it is early, please be there if you can! Breakfast and check-in are at 8:30 and the mulching begins at 9:00. This event is located at Mud Creek, West Cobb. Directions can be found here:Download directions_to_mud_creek_park.doc
  • Please follow the link listed below to sign up for the Virtual Water Day. Although there is not a walk in our area, we can still participate this way.  http://www.worldwaterday.net/index.cfm?objectid=8EA73C3A-F1F6-6035-BCB813B4741251DD
  • We need to decide on a day for the outside clean up at Sprayberry. We have discussed a possible Friday in April. My thought was Friday, April 18 or 25. Bring any ideas to the next meeting on Friday, March 14.

Have a great week and see you Friday!
