Attendance Verification Forms for Georgia's Drivers Licsense

Students pick up the forms in the Front Office on Monday before school and during lunch. A $2 fee is due at that time.

Forms are available for pick up on Wednesday during every lunch period.

Checking Your Student Out of School

When checking your student out of school, if possible please provide your student with a note to bring to the Attedance Office before school.  The note must contain the following information:

• Time of Check Out
• Reason
• Parent Phone Number for Verification
• Advisement Number

Please feel free to call the Attendance Office at 770.578.3207 with any last minute check out notices.  This will expedite the check out process.

Parents please keep in mind any last minute check outs without any notifications may cause a delay in your student leaving school.
